NPPES provider lookup & feed generation
Look up NPIs individually or in batch and auto-generate X12/FHIR feeds from the enriched provider data.
The NPPES tool calls the public NPI Registry API (no key required) to normalize provider records into a consistent shape you can drop into an EDI or FHIR feed.
Single lookup
Enter an NPI or search by name/organization at /app/nppes. Results include identifiers, addresses, taxonomies, and other identifiers.
Batch lookup
Upload a CSV of NPIs at /app/nppes/batch. Pick the NPI column and any passthrough columns you want carried into the enriched output.
Generate feeds
After enrichment, choose a target: an X12 template (274 Provider Info by default) plus optional vendor overlay, or a FHIR R4 Practitioner/PractitionerRole bundle. Kairos generates one artifact per batch (or per provider), which you can download or submit to an HTTPS endpoint.
