buildEnvelope, generateFromMapping, and 997/999 acknowledgment generation.

The writeback engine serializes segments back to X12 wire format with configurable delimiters.

generateFromMapping

Takes a mapping + a source payload and emits a full ISA→IEA interchange. Missing required source fields surface as issues rather than crashes.

Acknowledgments

generate997(parse, opts) builds a functional ack (AK1/AK9). generate999(parse, opts) is the HIPAA implementation ack — includes AK3/AK5 with detail errors.
